Tata Docomo which is the joint venture of Indian firm Tata tele
services and NTT Docomo of Japan recently completed 5 years with their
services in Tamil Nadu. Tata Docomo is the leading telecom player in
Tamil Nadu and company decided to thank their customers in a very
special way. Company launched a few special offers for all the Tata
Docomo customers of Tamil Nadu.
“We have introduced the new range of offers not only to celebrate our fifth anniversary but also to reinforce our commitment to provide simple and best value for money proposition to our customers,” Tata Docomo Tamil Nadu and Kerala circles MBU Head, Rajan Gupta said in a statement.
Company introduced two new STV’s offering reducing call rates for
local and national calls respectively. With the recharge of Rs. 25
customer will get local call rate reduced to 1.25p/3 sec or 25p/min.
While with a recharge of Rs. 30 customer will get national call rate
reduced to 1p/2 sec or 30p/min. These two STV’s are named TN-25 and
Indian Express-30 respectively. Tata Docomo is also planning to give 25%
extra talktime to their customers on their every top-up recharge.
News also came that company will offer some good deals over Data
plans also but no official statement came out. Earlier in Feb, 2014 when
Tata Docomo won nothing in auction rumors came up that they will now go
in hands of Vodafone or any other company but in last two months
activeness of Tata Docomo gave a full stop to all these rumors.
